Oswego Fishing 11/13-15/2010
Well compared to our trip of 2 weeks ago, this weekend was pretty challenging. Low and crystal clear water nearly everywhere made the fishing tough.
But we still managed a few quality fish every day.
On the plus side, we were treated to some spectacular November weather with blue skies and temps ranging from the mid 20s to the low 60s. While beautiful, it made it tough to
dress for the day on the stream.
As you can tell from the pics, the Rainbows and Browns were most everywhere. However, we had zero steelhead pickups all weekend. They were there, they just eluded us.
We found the older man with the white beard at the Maxwell - he was a champion flosser and was gracious enough to pose for this photo with a male brown that probably weighed in around 10+lbs.
